Why I built Revara.
The same pattern kept showing up. Operators who are genuinely great at the work lose jobs to competitors who are worse at the work but better at the response. Calls answered the first time. Faster call-backs on the ones they miss. Quicker quotes. Follow-ups that actually go out. The gap between “best in town” and “the one people actually book” is almost always that gap, not service quality.
Revara is my attempt to close that gap without turning it into another agency retainer or another dashboard you'll never log into. It's deliberately small. I work directly with every client in the first cohort. That's by design, this isn't a software company pretending to be a service, or a service pretending to be software.
